My favorites!

I like chocolates, snacks, sweets, etc.
But sometimes , I fear myself of too much sweet and try to control.
I love to try different cooking of my own(from websites), with amma help sometimes.

Do you love perfumes?

I like perfumes very much! That too, those which give aroma but do not dominate (to give us headache) at the same time.
I like Lacoste perfumes.
I love trying different perfumes.

Never, ever skip your sleep!!

Sleeping is equally important as like eating healthy.
Lack of sleep causes obesity, high pressure, stroke, heart problems, etc.
It stimulates hungriness.

Too much of anything is good for nothing!

Too much of fruit not really good for all


The recommended daily amount of fruit for adults is 500 gm, half that for children. To digest fructose, it helps not to eat fruit on an empty stomach.

It should be mixed with yoghur. Fruits with a lot of fructose include apples, pears, plums, dates, figs, mangoes and pineapples.

Thus, to achieve a balanced diet, it's better to eat more vegetables.
